2021 Harley-Davidson models surfaced in the USA
A lot of confusion arose in the Harley scene when new HD 2021 models suddenly appeared at some Harley-Davidson dealers in the USA. In fact, one wonders whether the 2021 line-up will now take place in the forecourt of the authorized dealers.
In some forums and on Facebook you can already read disappointed comments about whether this is all we can expect for 2021. Today, Harleysite tried to shed some light on what's going on in the US right now.
When asked by Harley-Davidson, it was confirmed that the actual line-up will only take place online on January 19, 2021 and not at the HD dealers in front of the store in the USA.
In some cases, new paintwork can actually be seen on the versions in the USA and on the Sport Glide this means that you can already see the high-gloss painted cases, but that is largely it.
The Harley-Davidson models for the US market will continue to be manufactured in the USA and the models for the European market come from Thailand due to the EU punitive tariffs. However, the CVO models continue to make an exception; the exclusive models are, as usual, manufactured in the USA.
What you can already see in the USA are 2021 intermediate models that are intended for the US market with slight modifications. In the end, we should just wait a few more days until Harley-Davidson the 2021 line-up online !
