AC/DC COMES TO GERMANY IN 2024

AC/DC „PWR UP“ TOUR GERMANY 2024: AC/DC, die legendären Hardrocker, kehren 2024 mit ihrer „PWR UP“-Tour auf die Bühnen Europas zurück. Fans in Germany und ganz Europa können sich auf insgesamt 21 Konzerte freuen, darunter neun Auftritte in Deutschland, die von Mai bis August 2024 stattfinden werden. Die Tour startet mit zwei Konzerten in der Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen am 17. und 21. Mai, gefolgt von weiteren spektakulären Shows in München, Dresden, Hockenheim, Stuttgart, Nürnberg und Hanover.

In addition to the German dates, the tour includes appearances in a number of other European cities, including Reggio Emilia, Seville and Amsterdam, Vienna, Zurich, London, Bratislava, Dessel, Paris and Dublin, with the tour in Dublin coming to a close on August 17. The concerts promise to be a very special rock festival with AC/DC's classic hits, from „Hells Bells“ to „Highway to Hell“.

AC/DC ticket sales start on February 16, 2024

Advance ticket sales for the concerts start on Friday, February 16, 2024, with a limit of six tickets per customer. In view of the enormous popularity of AC/DC and the long waiting time for a tour, tickets are expected to sell out quickly. Fans are therefore advised to try to get tickets early and, if necessary, create a customer account with the respective ticket providers

Interestingly, the tour will take place without bassist Cliff Williams, who has 2016 retired, but for the album „Power Up“ in the year 2020 and the Power Trip Festival 2023. It is rumored that the band will perform with a new bass player, whose name has not yet been announced. After the European tour, further concerts are planned in South America, including at the Morumbi Stadium in São Paulo and at the Rock in Rio Festival in Rio de Janeiro

For fans, this tour is a rare opportunity to see AC/DC live after the band's last 2015 and had performed in Germany in 2016 as part of their „Rock or Bust“ tour. The 2024 „Power Up“ tour marks a major comeback for AC/DC, a band known for their live performances and signature sound, and will undoubtedly delight rock fans of all generations!
