Information about the tours:
TOUR 1
BEARDED MAN TOUR (FULLY BOOKED)
Open for registrations!!
So friends of heavy metal, the most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner and for the Alpe Adria Chapter it is the 25th home game - Ladieeeees and Gentlemen...
it's about to begin: THE 25th EUROPEAN BIKE WEEEEEEK!
This year we are starting our well-known tours that are open to all brands with the legendary ☆BEARDED MAN TOUR☆ – 3 countries in one day!
Our tree feller Reini leads the tour starting from the Camping Arneitz car park through the Gailtal towards Hermagor. Then it goes to the Nassfeld Pass - a short descent - on to Pontebba and over the beautiful Aupa plateau to the Lis Campanelis restaurant, which is already well known to some.
The Peanuts and Boss Hosses can refuel here. Then we head through the Ucea Valley to Slovenia. In Bovec there is fuel for everyone. Reini, our tree-felling curve stallion, then leads us over the Vrsic Pass to Kranska Gora and back over the Wurzen Pass to Faak. Phew…what a day!
The tour is 300km long, weekend posers, straight-ahead drivers, new drivers and trike lovers have a break on Wednesday - the route is too demanding, too narrow, too everything.
For all participants:
Safety first! The guided tour is accompanied by trained safeties and a goalkeeper. These can be recognized by the orange warning vests. To ensure that everyone has as much fun as possible, the usual tour rules and the rules for driving in a group apply. The Alpe Adria Chapter is not liable for damage to the motorcycle or people, not for the weather or because the beer is not cold - but guarantees many beautiful, shared memories.
We look forward to meeting all friends, acquaintances and those who want to become friends. All clubs and carpools are welcome!
Registration is essential: link to register is FULLY BOOKED
TOUR 2
VISITING FRIENDS TOUR (FULLY BOOKED)
Legendary! What is probably the oldest tour format of the European Bikeweek will be back in 2023: The VISITING FRIENDS TOUR 2023, led by El Presidente Manfredo! Registration for this is open and will soon be closed again due to overcrowding. So register quickly!
For today's anniversary, the mayor of the state capital didn't miss the opportunity to ask the tour members to come to the town hall in Kagenfurt. In the past, Carinthian mayors often had the problem of not being able to speak any language other than Carinthian. So please just act as if you understand him and applaud him with lots of clapping. That raises morale. Great photos are guaranteed in any case! Then it goes past the Herzogstuhl in Maria Saal and Hochosterwitz Castle to Brückl.
And no, our president doesn't turn the tour into a folklore or cultural trip, because there are challenging and beautiful sections all the way to Völkermarkt. If your stomach is already growling here: hold on, Harley fans! Above all, look to the right - here the Klopeiner See, the warmest lake in Carinthia, opens up below you.
Having driven far into southern Carinthia, we find ourselves in Gallicia. Just to be clear: Asterix comes from Gaul and not southern Carinthia. But if he had ever seen the huge, free-falling and thundering Wildenstein waterfall, he would probably have stayed here. 54 meters high. Amazing! We will have lunch not far away. If you want to get rid of your food straight away, you have the chance at the Flying Fox Park.
After the famously huge portions that suck the blood out of your head, we will roll back towards Lake Faakersee in high gear. And yes, we'd love to see each other again in front of the Arneitz stage after we arrive. Tip: Our safeties like to drink beer!

TOUR 3
THAT'S WHISTLING THE PIG! (BOOKED UP)
Yes, it's true: the Alpe Adria Chapter isn't that big. And yet, with a lot of enthusiasm, commitment, love for motorcycling and with the support of our Harley rider friends, we offer three free day tours. Why? Because we simply can.
The third tour is the HIGHFLYER tour, which has been discovered by curve scrapers and side path riders in particular in recent years. The HIGHFLYER tours in recent years have usually been very technically demanding, which has led to one or two cancellations. But we were able to get the crashed E-Glide out of the ditch just as well as the trike that was parked on the tree.
Our road captain Patrick is going to Upper Carinthia again this year. This year he planned the curves a little wider and the streets a little wider - so that nothing happens. We drive to Arnoldstein, almost to the Italian border, but then turn towards Gailtal and cross the Windische Höhe.
Once at the top, we stop for a quick coffee. Then the Drautal welcomes us. Continue towards Spittal an der Drau, south past Baldramsdorf and along a secret path to Seeboden on Lake Millstättersee. After the fuel stop we drive to Sommeregg Castle. Here you feast like a knight. After a short digestive nap, we chill out over the Millstätter Hochtal and through the surrounding valley, past the Brennsee and Afritzersee back to the Faakersee.
We say: Worth seeing! So register quickly at https://www.alpeadriachapter.com / – click on EBW tours and then on online registration. If there are 100 participants, we will close registration.
