Harley-Davidson wins industry awards
• Harley dealers are the most satisfied motorcycle dealers in Germany
• Bertl's Harley-Davidson Bamberg is number 2 “Dealer of the Year”
Germany's poet prince Goethe lamented how rarely people are satisfied with the state in which they find themselves. It's nice to hear that some people are actually satisfied - very much so, and have been for quite a long time. The industry magazine “bike und business” provided proof of this at the end of November 2015 with its annual dealer satisfaction survey. Germany's retail sector gives its suppliers satisfaction ratings, and in the “Volume Motorcycle Manufacturer” category, Harley-Davidson once again at the top of the winners' podium: as the best among the “Best Brands”. Among other things, the quality of the products, technical support in service, delivery ability and dealer support from marketing and sales were evaluated.
On November 26th, Lisa Happ accepted the coveted award as a representative of Harley-Davidson Germany GmbH at the gala evening of the “bike and business” in Würzburg, where 300 guests from the motorcycle industry applauded. “We are of course particularly pleased that Harley-Davidson has been awarded first place by 'bike und business' for the third time in a row,” beams the marketing specialist. “We say thank you and are very proud of our dealers,” emphasizes Happ, “because they are not only commercially and technically fit, but also live the brand with an incredible amount of passion.” Harley-Davidson strengthens the competence of the dealers with ongoing training and supports them through large marketing and advertising campaigns, extensive customer feedback collection and a comprehensive consulting approach with a recently expanded field service team.
But it wasn't just the German branch of the Motor Company that had reason to be happy, the champagne corks were also popping among the dealers. Bertl's Harley-Davidson Bamberg second place in the “Motorcycle Dealer of the Year” in the German ranking of the industry magazine “World of Bike” . "Congratulations! We are happy with the team from Bamberg and thank all of our dealers for their trust and commitment,” comments Christian Arnezeder, Managing Director of Harley-Davidson Regional Operations Germany, Austria and Switzerland. “The awards honor everyone who is professionally committed to Harley-Davidson in Germany and they encourage us all to continue to step on the gas in the future.
