The Breakout 117 returns in 2025 with fresh updates while remaining true to the classic chopper style. With its wide rear tire, striking, elongated fork, and 2-into-2 exhaust system, it combines the best of the past and present. For anyone looking for a powerful cruiser with a touch of old-school chopper style, the Breakout 117 is the perfect choice.
Visually, the Breakout remains a real eye-catcher. With its wide 240 rear tire and the shiny black 26-spoke cast aluminum wheels it radiates pure power. The model is available exclusively with a chrome finish available, which looks particularly elegant in combination with the paint finishes.

The Milwaukee-Eight 117 Motor, who, with 1923 cm³, 105 hp and 168 Nm torque provides plenty of thrust. The Breakout offers modern technology without compromising the classic chopper style. The new cockpit and headlight seem a little unusual, but the Breakout breaks new ground with these basic design elements. The cockpit has been placed on the risers, but you'll have to see it in person to judge for yourself.

The Heavy Breather Air Filter will no longer be available in 2025, but the Breakout will feature a new cockpit design that looks tidy and is technically up to date.
The compact LED lights fit perfectly with the classic chopper look of the Breakout. The bright, white light meets modern standards and ensures excellent visibility day and night – functional and stylish at the same time.

The Harley-Davidson Breakout 117 is available from 29.530 € available (RRP Germany, as of 01/2025). In Austria, the price starts at 35.900 €, in Switzerland from $27,700. Additional costs apply for color options (see above).
The Breakout 117 will remain an eye-catcher on the road in 2025. The wide rear tire, chrome finish, and elegant colors make it a real statement bike. The absence of the Heavy Breather air filter may be a shame, but the new cockpit design and modern riding modes may make up for it. My personal choice? Midnight Firestorm – Chrome combined with this paint job gives it style. The Breakout is definitely tour-ready, a beautiful and very flexible cruiser.
