After several weeks of intensive negotiations, it is now official - the world's largest trade fair for custom bikes will in future be organized and carried out entirely by Messe Ostwestfalen GmbH. “We have gained a really great trade fair project,” explains Andreas Reibchen, Managing Director of Messe Ostwestfalen GmbH. “Now there’s a lot to do!
We have set up an experienced team that is already in the starting blocks and is motivated to continue making the trade fair a highlight for motorcycle enthusiasts!” continues Reibchen.
The hot phase of the organization is now starting with just under five months' notice. The strategy and budget must be determined, the media and exhibitors must be informed and the supporting program must be organized.
With Björn Meißner and Timon Weber as project and sales managers, the old CUSTOMBIKE-SHOW trade fair team will remain. Together with existing employees at Messe Ostwestfalen, many creative minds are now working on successfully organizing the CUSTOMBIKE SHOW with such a short lead time and despite Corona.
“Now we hope that our courage will be rewarded in such times and that the authorities will not impose too many restrictions on us,” Björn Meißner and Timon Weber conclude.
The CUSTOMBIKE SHOW attracts over 30,000 visitors to Bad Salzuflen every year. This year we are planning to have over 300 exhibitors presenting everything related to motorcycles, clothing, parts and accessories on the first weekend in December, from December 4th to 6th.
