As already mentioned, NDR has given its all and reported extensively. And that's a good thing, because if you don't report on this topic, there can never be a dialog. There are already far too many driving bans and it's about time that other problems were discussed, because crash barriers are still being installed in bends without protection for motorcyclists, the asphalt is being patched with bitumen and nothing is happening in terms of emergency lanes either.

You can't be banned from riding a motorcycle just because there are some of us who think we have to make a lot of noise! We have to become sensible ourselves and ride in a civilized way, we can be the first to change something!
