Fred Kodlin created the prototypes of these systems elaborately by hand for the current trends in customizing, Zard supplied the inner workings of the design systems - developed over years of research and production experience - and manufactures the exhaust systems exclusively for Kodlin motorcycles.

Zard's racing DNA and 30 years of experience in development and manufacturing are reflected in the unique look of the Kodlin "Next Level" systems: Visible weld seams of the finest quality and high-quality spring connections derived from racing show the exceptional handwork and highly specialized manufacturing processes which have been incorporated into these hi-tech systems. Kodlin “Next Level” exhaust systems are true works of art made of metal, manufactured to the highest standards.

The stainless steel systems are already extremely durable and designed for reliability - with the TITAN variants, which are even more complex to process, there is also the weight saving thanks to the lightweight metal, which is otherwise only used in space travel and extreme aviation applications.

Fred Kodlin is now bringing this material into the custom scene: “We have developed these systems for the popular “Clubstyle” conversions to M8 “Street Bob” and “Fat Bob” - these can be completely converted by our team, but are also suitable for quick and easy installation at official Harley dealers and customizers who want to offer their customers authentic “club style,” explains Fred, “and the era of performance and race baggers is just beginning, as we can now see in Europe. “ Kodlin USA in California has its ear very close to the scene and will sell the sensational systems worldwide after successful “49 State Emission Compliance” tests.
