DRIVING HARLEY: BETTER THAN SEX.
SOMETIMES. How does it feel to ride a Harley? And what distinguishes a real biker from a plain motorcyclist? 2 insiders told us
Piet and Milan work at Harley-Davidson Hamburg Nord. With beards, ponytails and skull rings, they sell machines every day that many consider to be the coolest bikes - Harleys. We met with the boys to ask them what makes a real biker, what happens when someone touches their moped without asking and whether you play with the gas when a hot chick appears at the traffic light next door...
Why do you work at Harley-Davidson?
Piet: To make money.
That can't be everything!
Milan: Well, we turned our hobby into a profession.
Piet: Sure, you do it out of passion. I can't stand at Honda and sell Honda or toast at Aldi. You have to stand behind the product.
What was the first Harley you rode?
Tell us about a “perfect moment” on your Harley!
Milan: I have experienced so many perfect moments. I've already driven through Europe, through the USA... There were a lot of things where you could say “that was fun”. You like to remember the moments that weren't as fun. For example, the downpour in Florida when the E-Glide's running boards were gone because of the water on the road - and it was still awesome!
