European Bike Week 2021 is still being planned

Various reports about the European Bike Week 2021 were circulating in Austria today. When Harley-Davidson asked Harley-Davidson about the current assessment of the situation and what the news about the European Bike Week was all about, the following official announcement came:

We are sticking to “Faak” and working on the planning – in the hope that the event can take place this year. We also want to plan for the long term with this event, which is important for Harley-Davidson, and in this context we are pleased about the good cooperation with the Austrian state of Carinthia. We cannot provide any information about contractual agreements.

Confidence against uncertainty! “We don’t have a crystal ball either and we don’t know how the situation will develop this year, but we remain optimistic!”  

What does that tell us! Harley-Davidson wants to, but will not expose visitors to the European Bike Week to any risk. If the security concepts make it possible to hold the event and the situation generally eases again, they will make it possible. The decision will be made by July/August at the latest.

Hamburg Harley Days

The situation is similar at the Hamburg Harley Days According to initial information, the event in Hamburg held in the background. The Harley Days can only be made possible with a complex security concept. Various concepts are being worked on, but here too it remains to be seen when the situation will finally ease again. According to Harleysite information, a postponement of the date has been ruled out this year. Further information about the Hamburg Harley Days will follow later this month.
