HARLEY-DAVIDSON ANNOUNCES NEW EUROPEAN BIKE WEEK CUSTOM MASTERS 2021

Europe's largest and open-brand motorcycle festival, European Bike Week ®, returns from September 7-12, 2021. This year, Harley-Davidson is pleased to announce a brand new professional exhibition and competition for custom motorcycles: European Bike Week Custom Masters. Dealers and customizers from all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa are invited to enter their finest creations for this four-day showcase from Wednesday, September 8th to Saturday, September 11th at Custom Masters.
The Custom Masters show is located near the entrance to the main event area and will have a limited number of bikes, so pre-registration is essential. Motorcycles entered must have original Harley-Davidson engine and chassis numbers - however, modifications to motorcycles using Harley-Davidson® and/or third party components and custom builds are permitted. Motorcycles that have previously competed in events such as the Battle of the Kings are welcome, including all Sportster®, Cruiser, Touring, Heritage Customs and derivatives.
All entered bikes will be featured in public before, during and after the event, with interviews with manufacturers and owners shared on on-site screens, via social media and in The Enthusiast ™. These will be supported with a press release and photos, including photo opportunities with H-D staff, including EMEA Vice President Kolja Rebstock and guests from the Milwaukee team.
Four main prizes will be awarded:
Best design concept
Best technology
Best color/graphics
Best in Show
If necessary, additional jury recommendations will be awarded to give further recognition to outstanding buildings that are not covered by the main prizes. The award ceremony will take place on the main stage on Saturday evening.
Dealers and independent customizers can submit their proposed Custom Masters from 21 July to 6 August 2021 by e-mail to customeurope@harley-davidson.com submit. All those pre-registered by August 6 will participate in an internal selection process at Harley-Davidson and finalists will be contacted by Wednesday, August 11 to confirm participation. Successful Custom Masters entrants will need to make their own insurance and transportation arrangements, but there will be a special covered display area with security for the duration of the show.
