The European Bike Week 2026 takes place from 08. to 13.09.2026 at Lake Faak in Austria
The European Bike Week is the largest Harley-Davidson meeting in Europe and takes place on Lake Faak in Carinthia/Austria. The Harley-Davidson meeting attracts tens of thousands of bikers to Austria every year. It's not just the great event that attracts bikers in droves, but also the fantastic surroundings of Lake Faak. You can be in Slovenia or Italy in no time and can make wonderful tours through the countries.
What's new at the European Bike Week 2026
Custombike Show in Villach
The European Bike Week Custombike Show will certainly be held again on Friday in the old town of Villach in 2026. Participation in the bike show is free and will take place on Friday, September 11 from 10:00 a.m. on the town hall square. Bikes from the Tourer, Cruiser, Sport, Antique, Adventure & Offroad and Radical Custom categories are expected to be judged on site at 16:00.
The Harley-Davidson parade at the Harley meeting on Lake Faak
The legendary Harley Parade will take place on Saturday again in 2026. The last time it rolled in full length and took the famous route around Lake Ossiach.
Velden Village Shuttle Service
For the first time, a shuttle runs directly from Velden to Lake Faak. From Tuesday to Saturday, it will take you to your destination every hour on the hour from 17:00 to 01:00.

Velden-Village
The Velden Village on Lake Wörthersee will be there again in 2025. For the first time, there will be a shuttle service from Velden to Lake Faak. The connection is available from Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00 to 01:00 on the hour.
Harley-Davidson EXPO
Harley-Davidson presents the current Harley-Davidson model range at Lake Faak. This used to be the time when the models for the next model year were presented, but those days are over.
Parade
The Harley-Davidson Parade will take place on Saturday and will pass through Villach as usual. It is one of the largest motorcycle parades in the whole of Europe. The line-up will probably be on Rosentalstraße from Latschach again. This year, the route is once again longer and leads around Lake Ossiach
Harley-Davidson Bike Show
The Bike Show will take place for the first time on Friday, 5 September in the Customizer Area on the Rathausplatz in Villach.
Harley-Davidson test rides
The Harley-Davidson test rides will take place in 2025 at the well-known location above the train station on Lake Faak. You can reserve your bike online again this year and only have to show your driver's license on site to get exactly the Harley-Davidson you reserved online. Harley-Davidson motorcycles from the current model range will be available for the free test rides.

Tips for the Harley-Davidson meeting at Lake Faak
From September 8 to 12, 2026, you can visit the Adventure Zone on the Motorcycle meeting at Lake Faak experience for themselves what the Pan America models are capable of. Harley-Davidson invites you to guided off-road demo rides - for around two hours off-road. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, the instructors will show you how to ride the adventure bikes off-road.
Suitable off-road equipment such as jackets, trousers, helmets, boots and gloves are available on site in limited quantities on a first come, first served basis. If you have your own equipment, simply bring it with you. The meeting point is 30 minutes before the start of the tour in the Adventure Zone.
One-way street regulation
According to current information, the one-way street regulation at Lake Faak will be set up as usual from Tuesday.
SHUTTLE SERVICE FAAKER LAKE
Gödersdorf - Faaker See, Ledenitzen - Faaker See, Ossiacher See - Villach and around the Faaker See were previously part of the route - according to current information, the bus shuttle will run according to plan again.
Breakdown service - Harley meeting in Faak
If you have a problem with your Harley-Davidson during the Bike Week, there will be a small service point next to the gas station on Lake Faak, opposite the event site. Minor repairs can be carried out on site at the service point. If it is something bigger, there is a bike shuttle to the Harley-Davidson dealer Motodrom in Klagenfurt.

Velden on Lake Wörthersee
Velden is an official part of the Harley-Davidson event in Carinthia
Velden am Wörthersee has been an official part of Bike Week since 2024. Life is back at Geroma Platz and the number of exhibitors is also increasing. In Velden, things are back to the way they were in previous years.
Four central event areas offer a non-stop atmosphere:
- Monkey Circus Stage with chilled terrace and cocktails
- Rosy's Rider Stage at the newly designed Brunnenplatz
- Gemona Platz Stage with large bar, stage and daily live acts
- Cool Dude Bike Area in the park opposite the Schlosshotel, including custom bike exhibition and biker bar

Personal tip
If you want more than just a festival, you should set aside at least one day for a Panorama tour in the Nockberge mountains or via the Wurzen Pass plan in. These routes are among the most beautiful in the region and are a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the lake.
