To the flat track race at the MSC Moorwinkelsdamm in Bockhorn (Friesland, Lower Saxony), the team Börje's American Bikes, started with a 2010 Sportster Nightster that had been specially modified for the race. With spoke rims from TTS Motorcycles, flat track tires from Dunlop, a 2-in-1 Two Brothers Racing exhaust system, air filters from S&S Cycle, Inc., superb tuning on our in-house Dynojet test bench, shock absorbers from Öhlins Racing – Motorcycle, rear section from Saddlemen, conversion to chain drive, fork stabilization, peanut tank, and other small parts, the Nightster was thoroughly prepared for the race.
With the most powerful Sportster from Börjes, we pay tribute to Harley-Davidson's long history in flat track racing.
The flat track race in Bockhorn is part of the Wheels and Wake event, which took place on Nethen Beach.
