The Friendship Ride Germany 2013 raised 13,500 euros for the good cause.
The next charity party will take place in August!

• From August 8th to 10th, 2014 there will be celebrations again in the Rhön
Where Bavaria, Hesse and Thuringia border each other lies the “land of open distances”, the Rhön. Small dream roads wind between gentle hilltops, lush meadow valleys and dense forest, always revealing fascinating views of the unique landscape - a first-class motorcycle Eldorado.
The heart of the 1,500 km² low mountain range is the Wasserkuppe, Hesse's highest mountain, where the Friendship Ride Germany takes place every year. It's not just the special location at 950 meters above sea level that makes this event a party of a different kind. It's also the idea behind it, because the Friendship Ride is a charity event, the net proceeds of which go to charitable purposes. 
Thousands of visitors from all over Germany are now taking part. They ensured that 13,500 euros were raised for a good cause last year. The money was handed over in February. The German Society for Muscular Diseases (DGM eV), which is dedicated to researching and combating muscle diseases, received 10,125 euros. The youth education center on the Wasserkuppe can look forward to 3,375 euros, which enables children and young people to go on school trips, seminars and holiday camps.
Planning for the Friendship Ride Germany 2014 is already underway. It will take place from August 8th to 10th - of course on the Wasserkuppe.
And of course we stick to the tried and tested concept of “having fun and doing good”.
Harley-Davidson Germany and the Fulda Rhön Chapter of the Harley Owners Group promise demo rides on the latest models, a breathtaking stunt show, an impressive dealer mile, a large motorcycle parade through the Rhön and strong live music from the open-air stage - in short: a mega party !
And the “Rhöner Charme” gastronomy association once again guarantees exceptionally high quality food and drink.
