Harley and World Cup fever is the order of the day in beautiful Hamburg this weekend.
The Hamburg Harley Days will take place from July 4-6, 2014. Preparations are already underway on the 40,000 m² site, even if the World Cup is on, it will not stop Harley bikers from coming to the Harley Days in Hamburg, the eleven-year tradition in the beautiful port city attracts thousands of visitors from all over Europe to the city every year. The organizers would like to remind everyone once again to be considerate of local residents, especially in the evening hours, and to avoid side streets. Shortly before the event, the newly built custom bikes from the Jever brewery were presented at the press conference. It was great to see what three different Harley-Davidson dealers had put back on their bikes.
The bikes will be raffled off by Jever, entry cards are available wherever Jever is available or on the website www.jever.de.
The Harley Village
The heart of the event beats in the Harley Village. This is where strong live bands shine with blues, country, rock and pop - and on several stages at once, because in addition to the large Harley-Davidson main stage, two further stages have been set up this year: the Jever Cowboy Bar and a stage in the USA Area in the event entrance area. The large dealer mile extends around the stages. Here you will also find the exhibition tent with the model-maintained Harley Touring models, the Jeep off-road course, an extensive catering offer and - of course - lots of bikes strolling along the „Mainstreet“. Something to marvel at, dream about and talk shop about. Motorcycle license holders can take a test ride on one of the latest Harleys and anyone who doesn't yet have a license can hop on the Jump Start driving simulator.
The second event area of the Hamburg Harley Days is located in the middle of Hamburg's Kiez district: a colorful biker party mile. There will be an entertainment program on the Vattenfall stages, food stands and an exclusive selection of customizers and Harley-Davidson dealers. The exhibitors at Spielbudenplatz start at midday.

For safety reasons, parking is recommended within the generously designed free bike parking areas on the event site. Unfortunately, parking spaces for cars are not available. If you wish to travel by public transport, take the S3 (Hammerbrook) or U1 (Steinstraße) lines.

The Rushmore Expo
In this tent, which is now attached to the test ride area, the Motor Company presents the models of the popular Touring series that have been extensively updated in „Project Rushmore“. Harley-Davidson experts will be on hand to advise customers and demonstrate all the advantages of the new models, which will of course also be available for extensive test rides.

The presentation of the Jever Bikes
The Friesisches Brauhaus zu Jever once again had three Harley-Davidson models elaborately customized by German Harley-Davidson dealers at the beginning of 2014. The Jeep off-road course
While the numerous bikers arrive on just one driven wheel at a time, Jeep gives visitors the opportunity to master the specially constructed off-road course on four driven wheels. Experienced instructors will give tips on how to maneuver the Grand Cherokee, Wrangler and Cherokee safely and confidently over the obstacles. In two other exhibition areas, Jeep will be showing its iconic brand icons and, as a preview, the Renegade, which will only be available from October and marks the brand's first appearance in the small SUV segment.
Jeep will also be providing the shuttle service at the event. At the grand finale on July 6, the Jeep Renegade and the Jeep Wrangler will also lead the way in the spectacular Harley-Davidson parade through Hamburg.
The fire shows
The pyro spectacle, which will bathe the event area in a glowing red glow from two fire islands on Friday and Saturday night, will set hot accents on the Main Street of the Village.
The Spielbudenplatz event location on the Reeperbahn
In 2014, Spielbudenplatz on the Reeperbahn will once again be the place to be for bikers. A colorful party mile will be created here during the three days of the event. In addition, a selection of customizers and Harley-Davidson dealers will transform the Kiez into a shopping paradise for fans of the cult brand from Milwaukee throughout the weekend in Hamburg
Parade on Sunday - led by TV chef Horst Lichter
The parade is traditionally a highlight of the event.
This year, the route is around 33 kilometers long and offers bikers around two hours of sightseeing through Hamburg. It starts at around 12:00 noon on the event site at the wholesale market and of course the route also takes in the Reeperbahn. The many guests along the parade route have plenty to see, hear and marvel at - which they always reward with genuine enthusiasm.
Top spectator spots can be found at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken on the Weinberg opposite the underground and S-Bahn station, on the Reeperbahn, at Rödingsmarkt on the subway bridge over Willy-Brandt-Straße and at Baakenhafen.

With a broad spectrum of blues, rock, country and rock ’n‘ roll, there is guaranteed to be something for every musical taste. Jever Cowboy Bar is the name of the second live stage - presented by partner Jever. Here you can listen to rock ’n‘ roll, rockabilly, blues and Americana. In addition, fans can look forward to a third stage right in the entrance area, the USA Area, which will also feature great live gigs.

Tom Beck - Saturday, July 5: from 5:30 p.m.
He is known as an actor from his leading role in „Alarm for Cobra 11„, and in 2011 he fulfilled a long-cherished dream as a musician with the release of his debut album “Superficial Animal". Live, the Cologne native knows how to impress, not least with his pithy vocals and his musical diversity.
Ohrenfeindt - Friday, July 4: from 9.15 p.m.
The rock gods of Ohrenfeindt are AC/DC, Social Distortion, Herman Brood and Johnny Cash. Harmonica, bottleneck guitar, fat riffs, a thundering rhythm section and rough vocals form the simple formula for hard-hitting full-throttle rock.
