And please take everything away like in a fast food restaurant? It does not work? It works! Harley-Davidson Express Lane Service is the magic word that is becoming increasingly popular among participating Harley dealers and V-Twin fans.
The advantages of the concept are obvious: Smaller service and maintenance work within an hour, which previously required an appointment, can now be carried out promptly without prior notice. A special service that Bertl's Harley-Davidson Bamberg now also offers.
The crucial difference between fast food and express lane: the latter is only available in excellent Harley quality, and it's guaranteed not to upset your stomach. The services range from regular service and maintenance work to the replacement of popular accessories such as exhaust systems, handles, mirrors or footrests.
So if you have found a few nice parts in the shop, you can often have them assembled straight away, as many of the jobs can usually be done on the same day.
To ensure perfect communication between the customer and the workshop, a lifting platform was installed in the workshop reception area at Harley-Davidson Bamberg especially for the Express Lane Service.
There, the motorcycle is inspected together with the service manager and the amount of work, costs and timeline are determined.
Once the order has been placed, a delicious coffee or personal advice on the latest motorcycles, accessories or clothing items will make the waiting time in the shop fly by.
It only takes a single visit to the dealer to complete most work on the motorcycle and you're back on the road with fresh maintenance.
Above all, this increases the customer's flexibility, as lengthy appointments and time-consuming planning for motorcycle delivery and collection from the dealer are now a thing of the past.
