HARLEY-DAVIDSON CELEBRATES THE EUROPEAN 120TH ANNIVERSARY FESTIVAL
From the press conference in Budapest: details of the anniversary celebrations in June
100 days before the start of the anniversary festival in Budapest, Harley-Davidson held a press conference in the Hungarian capital. In the presence of the city's deputy mayor, the company announced details of its multifaceted festival program for motorcycle and music fans.
Harley-Davidson is giving away a strictly limited H-D Heritage Classic Anniversary, among the participants of the event in Budapest!
BUDAPEST (20.03.2023) - From June 22 to 25, the heart of our continent, Budapest, will host the European Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary Festival will take place. The event in Hungary's capital is the highlight of the European parties celebrating the 120th anniversary of the US brand and comes less than a month before the big Homecoming anniversary event, which is planned for July 13-16 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The mega party in Budapest will not only celebrate 120 years of motorcycle history, but also take a look into the future - with the latest Harley-Davidson models and the electrically powered machines of the LiveWire brand. They are represented in the exhibition and can also be tested extensively on the streets of the Hungarian capital during the four days of the event.
At the press conference, which took place during a ride on the Danube, it was also announced that Harley-Davidson will be giving away one of its strictly limited anniversary bikes - a valuable Heritage Classic Anniversary - among the participants of the event.
The festival takes place in Puskás Aréna Park, the home of the Hungarian national soccer team, will take place in and around the stadium and on the wide avenue directly in front of the imposing building. During the four days of the event Harley-Davidson and the event partners will offer plenty of action and entertainment. This includes live concerts by artists from all over the world: Airbourne, Larkin Poe, Deep Purple legend Glenn Hughes and the internationally renowned groups Wolfmother and The Darkness will perform, among others. Fans can look forward to more than 50 bands playing on six stages during the festival.
Of course the Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary Festival celebrate all aspects of moto culture. Guests can get active themselves or enjoy a number of spectacular bike, stunt, freestyle motocross and trial shows as well as the hot spectacle in the Globe of Death. Indoor exhibitions will shed light on 120 years of two-wheeler history and Harley-Davidson motorcycles from all eras.
Entertainment in the open-air areas includes an Adrenaline Park, a Family Park with activities for children of all ages and an open-air cinema where Harley-Davidson films from the last 120 years can be seen. In addition, there are more than 80 caterers offering food from all over the world and traditional Hungarian cuisine, as well as around 200 traders and a large number of Harley-Davidson dealerships that make shopping a pleasure.
Of course, the bikes play a central role, for example in the Harley-Davidson Expo with new models and in the large Custombike Show on June 23 in Puskás Aréna Park, where visitors can register their own customized machines. At the Harley-Davidson Parade on Saturday, June 24, over 7,000 participants are expected to take to the streets of the Hungarian capital on their motorcycles.

Available ticket packages include both one-day and four-day options and until the end of April are also available online Rally Packs with exclusive merchandise items. The website also offers tips on where to stay, as guests are advised to book accommodation soon. Many hotels are already fully booked for the festival days.
