Harley-Davidson Cologne/Bonn: Fundraising campaign for German Children's Cancer Aid to award a limited special model!
The rush for a limited special model of the well-known and traditional motorcycle brand, the Harley-Davidson “Revival”, a modeled new edition of the 1969 Electra-Glide, has inspired the managing directors of the HD representatives in Cologne and Bonn that there is enormous interest from fans and collectors willing to buy to make positive use of a fundraising campaign* for the “German Children’s Cancer Aid Foundation”. And at the same time ensure a fair award procedure.
The coveted bike, which is only produced in a limited edition of 1,500 copies worldwide, is not, as usual, given to a customer “freely” by dealer decision in Cologne and Bonn, but the purchase option for it is auctioned off. In the end, the “surcharge” offered on top of the list price of around 30,000 euros decides the winner. The two regional representatives in Bonn and Cologne, together with the buyer, then donate the resulting surplus to the “Stiftung Deutsche KinderKrebshilfe” for their work. And it's already in the 5-digit range...
So you need a little luck and a big heart for children if you want to ride a Harley-Davidson “Revival” soon or just want to admire it in your garage at home as a collector’s item. Anyone who would like to join in under these “signs” now has the opportunity to do so until the end of June 2021.
