Harley-Davidson Cologne Bonn in Wesseling Grand Opening on May 27, 2023

COLOGNE/BONN (February 6, 2023) – The new logo shows Cologne Cathedral and the Colonius radio tower in Cologne, as well as the Beethoven monument and the historic town hall in Bonn. Correct: Harley-Davidson is opening a megastore right between the two Rhineland cities that give it its name, conveniently located on the A555 motorway not far from the Wesseling exit. 

In April, the time will finally have come: In the Herseler Straße 22-24 in Wesseling the new store will welcome its first customers in a space covering more than 3,000 square meters. And on Saturday, May 27, a hearty Grand Opening celebrated – with everything that goes with it in the style of the US House. Visitors will be well catered for, with plenty of action and music. 

With the new store, covering around 3,100 square meters, Andreas Reibchen, Stephan Kaminski, and Peter Eul, the managing directors of Harley-Davidson Bielefeld, Düsseldorf, and Osnabrück, are opening the fourth location of their successful group. And they are just as passionate about Milwaukee Irons as H-D Cologne-Bonn managing director Max Sedlacek and his workshop manager Peter Blittersdorf, who are among the many familiar faces among the initial 20 or so employees. 

Inside, the new H-D dealership promises to set new standards: the approximately 2,000-square-meter showroom impresses with a stunning lighting concept, cozy relaxation areas, a cool bar, and, of course, a wide range of new and used bikes, clothing, and accessories. And the 700-square-meter, lavishly equipped workshop is likely to be one of the most modern motorcycle workshops in Germany.

Outside the door, there is not only plenty of parking space and room for events, but even an outdoor lounge. For V-Twin enthusiasts in Cologne and Bonn and all fans from the Rhine-Erft and Rhine-Sieg regions, the season can begin! Further information can be found at www.hd-koelnbonn.de.
