Harley-Davidson colors 2026 at the EICMA
The new Harley-Davidson colors for the 2026 model year were unveiled in Europe for the first time at EICMA in Milan. Just one day after the global online presentation, the new carry-over models were on display at the Harley-Davidson stand.

What are carry-over models?
Carry-overs are models that remain largely unchanged in technical terms and are mainly introduced in new color variants in the coming year. This regularly causes confusion among some trade fair visitors, as many think that this is the complete new line-up. In fact, however, these are only new colors—the truly new models will not be unveiled until January 14, 2026 revealed. What's exciting is that Harley-Davidson has brought forward the presentation of the carry-over models by two months this time and has already told us in advance which Harley-Davidson models 2026 will be added to the program.
Colors with character
In Milan, alongside a few 2025 models, the focus was primarily on the new 2026 carry-over models. And the new Street Glide in Teal Thunder/Vivid Black 2026 took center stage. The color combination looks powerful and fresh without losing the classic touring character. Right next to it was the Street Glide in Aurora Blue Denim, a matte shade that stands in direct contrast to the shiny Teal version. Particularly striking here was the retrofitted Rockford Fosgate Stage Kit in the saddlebag lids – a detail that shows how you can customize your Harley in terms of music sound.
The Street Glide 117, in Teal Thunder/Vivid Black paintwork, is definitely one of the highlights of the new Harley-Davidson colors.
The Breakout in Teal Thunder and the Fat Boy in Olive Steel with Vivid Black also made a strong impression at the show. Both models showcase exactly what Harley-Davidson wants to express with the new colors – more depth, more character, yet still with a nod to tradition.
Breakout 117 in Teal Thunder (model year 2026)
The Breakout 117 will be available in a new color for the 2026 model year. Teal Thunder, that immediately catches the eye. The bold metallic tone perfectly accentuates the chrome and lines of the Milwaukee-Eight 117, giving the Breakout a modern yet classic presence. A color that really comes alive in the sunlight and adds extra expression to the power cruiser look.

More models in new Fat Boy 117 in Olive Steel / Vivid Black (model year 2026)
Also the Fat Boy 117 will get a fresh new look for 2026. In the new combination of Olive Steel and Vivid Black it appears powerful, almost military-like, yet elegant at the same time. The two-tone look emphasizes the bike's broad lines and makes the typical Fat Boy profile appear even more massive. A combination that perfectly blends tradition with current design trends.
In addition to these highlights, other 2026 models were also on display at EICMA. A Street Bob in bold red attracted a lot of attention with its minimalist look. Next to it was a Heritage Classic in Mystic Shift, a color that changes character depending on the light, making the bike appear almost alive.
Also on display was the Pan America 1250 Special in orange-red, which immediately brings to mind adventure and desert sand. Another new addition was the Pan America 1250 ST in Aurora Blue Denim, a bold, matte blue tone that perfectly matches the sportier lines of the ST. Both adventure tourers were clearly the focus of attention, making it clear that Harley-Davidson continues to take this segment seriously.
Impressions from Milan
All in all, Harley-Davidson left a good impression at EICMA. There weren't any major fireworks in terms of new products, but that wasn't the goal. Instead, you can sense that the brand is continuing to develop its style without losing sight of itself. The new colors look high-quality, bold, and somewhat unusual—but that's exactly what makes them interesting.
We already know what Chapter 2 will bring in January. It will mainly focus on the premium models, where there is a lot going on. The cruiser models all received their major update this year, so the only new feature in this class will be the new colors. If Harley-Davidson can maintain its energy and positive momentum, 2026 could be a better year, given the mood and the portfolio. By summer, we will certainly hear more about the new Sportster series, with the first entry-level model possibly being unveiled as early as the end of 2026.
