Harley-Davidson presents the new CVO models
CVO Breakout and CVO Road King
CVO („Custom Vehicle Operations“) is the name given by Harley-Davidson to exclusive special models produced in strictly limited small series, which are stylishly refined with the help of a large number of original accessories, finished with high-quality special paintwork and equipped with air-cooled 1,800 cm³ V-twins.
Harley-Davidson is offering four of these exceptional bikes in 2013. The CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide and the CVO Road Glide come in a new, even more elegant finish than before Custom. Completely new are the CVO Breakout and the CVO Road King.
Only a few hundred units of each model are destined for Europe.
The CVO Breakout is based on the Softail Chassis that gives the impression of a rigid frame thanks to its spring struts concealed under the engine.
This chopper stretches long and crouched over the asphalt. There is a choice of three elegant paint finishes - two with segments in high-gloss polished metal and one with segments in pigment paint.
The new chrome-plated and polished Turbine light alloy cast wheels have distinctive bars on the rims.
Narrow fenders provide a clear view of the tires. The wide front end is chrome-plated and is crowned by an equally chrome-plated headlight and a new, tightly cut headlight fairing.
The chrome-plated console sits extra low on the tank.
The CVO Breakout also features new chrome-plated handlebars with internal cable routing, an integrated riser with low-mounted instrument cluster, a chrome-plated cast alloy oil tank and leather seats in embossed alligator style.
The CVO Road King also impresses with its fascinating paintwork and impressive equipment features.
This includes the 200-watt audio system with speakers in the panniers and in the fairing as well as an interface for the Apple iPod supplied. The new removable and ventilated windshield has been specially optimized in the wind tunnel.
Leather seats, high-gloss chrome-plated wheels and side cases with extensions are just some of the many other features that make this exclusive machine extremely pleasant to handle.
In addition, individually numbered 110th Anniversary special models of the CVO Road King, CVO Ultra Classic Electra Glide and CVO Road Glide Custom available in the exclusive „Diamond Dust and Obsidian“ paint finish.
