Harley-Davidson custom bike conversion stolen in Essen

This extraordinary Harley-Davidson custom bike was stolen during the night between Sunday and Monday (January 15/16, 2012) from the premises of Auto-Deko Ankert at Flurstrasse 88 in 45355 Essen.

It is believed that the thief or thieves could only have found the motorcycle thanks to a tip-off from insiders who knew about the hidden switch for the Air Ride switch.

Without this knowledge, it will be difficult to move the goat at all, unless you have brought a small army with you.

This switch was very well hidden on the bike, which naturally raises the question of who would need a bike that consists mainly of special parts that are not even available in stores.

The entire rear wheel combination was manufactured by Speedpoint, the swing arm is unique, and this continues throughout the entire bike! 

Unbelievable, but someone must have had something in mind, now we all want to know what it was, and that's why the news is racing through the biker scene. Let's see if we can get the answer!

Klaus Hülsmann, The owner of the modified Harley has offered a reward of €5,000 on his Facebook account. Anyone with information about the theft or who has been offered parts of the bike should contact the police in Essen/Borbeck (0201-82093334).
