Harley-Davidson opens in Viersen
New authorized dealer for the city and the region
(Viersen, October 13, 2020) Fans of the Harley-Davidson brand in Viersen and the surrounding area have plenty of reasons to celebrate: a new Harley-Davidson store. For owners Rolf Otto This was a real American dream come true—as a mechanical engineer and passionate Harley rider, he knows and understands Milwaukee bikes inside out. Now he is at the helm of his own dealership, together with managing director Raphael Stöhr.
Visitors can expect everything a Harley enthusiast could desire in the spacious 1,550 square meters of building space and a further 6,500 square meters of outdoor space: a large selection of new and used vehicles, as well as accessories and clothing from the US brand. The Harley products are presented in premises befitting their status, as the 850 square meter showroom was designed in accordance with the latest Harley-Davidson design guidelines.

The 400-square-meter, fully equipped workshop is just as modern: eight lifting platforms and a performance test bench are ready to fulfill all customer requests. The Harley experts from Viersen want to impress not only with their fast and efficient service, but also with customizations tailored to customer requirements—from handlebars to paintwork.
With Harley-Davidson Viersen, the Harley family has grown once again—and the special, family-like atmosphere should also be felt when shopping. The managers and their ten employees take time for their visitors: „Our customers are always the focus—regardless of whether they need comprehensive conversion advice or just a T-shirt,“ emphasizes managing director Raphael Stöhr.
Regular performances by acts from Viersen and the surrounding area provide the best musical entertainment during store visits, giving them the opportunity to showcase their talents. Local thinking was also applied during construction, as the work was carried out entirely by companies from the region. And, of course, H-D Viersen also caters to its customers' physical well-being: two food trucks in front of the store serve US specialties in an authentic diner atmosphere as well as Asian street food.
Also a H.O.G. Chapter is in the works – for everyone who wants to hit the road with Harley. Anyone who wants to experience the special Harley family feeling for themselves is invited to come by: the store is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and by appointment. And as soon as regulations allow, the opening will of course be celebrated with a grand opening party.
