Harley-Davidson opens in Viersen
New authorized dealer for the city and the region
(Viersen, October 13, 2020) Fans of the Harley-Davidson brand in Viersen and the surrounding area have a lot to be happy about: a new Harley-Davidson store . For owner Rolf Otto, this was a real American dream come true - as a mechanical engineer and passionate Harley rider, he knows and understands the Milwaukee bikes from A to Z. Now he is at the helm of his own agency - together with managing director Raphael Stöhr.
On a generous 1,550 square meters of building space and a further 6,500 square meters of outdoor space, visitors can expect everything a Harley heart desires: a large selection of new and used vehicles as well as accessories and clothing from the US brand. The Harley products are presented in befitting rooms, as the 850 square meter showroom was designed according to the latest Harley-Davidson design guidelines.
The 400 square meter and fully equipped workshop is at least as modern: eight lifting platforms and a performance test bench are just waiting to fulfill all of the customers' wishes. The Harley experts from Viersen not only want to impress with strong and fast services, but also with individualization according to customer requirements - from the handlebars to the paint.
With Harley-Davidson Viersen, the Harley family has grown a bit again - and you should also feel the special, family atmosphere when shopping. The bosses and their ten employees take time for their visitors: “Our customers are always the focus – regardless of whether they need comprehensive renovation advice or just a T-shirt,” emphasizes managing director Raphael Stöhr.
Acts from Viersen and the surrounding area regularly provide the best musical entertainment when visiting the store, and they have the opportunity to present themselves here. Local thinking was also taken into account during construction, as it was carried out entirely by companies from the region. And of course, HD Viersen also takes care of the physical well-being of its customers: two food trucks in front of the store serve US specialties in an authentic diner atmosphere as well as Asian street food.
A HOG chapter is also being planned – for everyone who wants to ride a Harley together. Anyone who wants to experience the special Harley family feeling for themselves is invited to come by: The store is open during the week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and by appointment. And as soon as the requirements allow, the opening will of course be celebrated appropriately with a grand opening party.
