Harley-Davidson is “Germany’s customer winner”

(Neu-Isenburg, March 20, 2019) Brands – business psychologists agree – provide customers with orientation in a world that is perceived as complex.
But which of them are most popular and which best meet the wishes and demands of customers? An extensive consumer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) on behalf of the news channel n-tv sought answers to these questions. The study covered over 1,100 brands and companies from 53 industries. The three best brands in each category were awarded the “Germany Customer Winner” award.
In the motorcycle manufacturer category, Harley-Davidson secured this title together with a brand each from Germany and Japan.

Between October 2018 and January 2019, over 63,000 women and men were surveyed by DISQ about their overall satisfaction with companies and brands, as well as their intention to re-elect and their willingness to recommend others. All companies or brands on which at least 80 customers had commented were taken into account in the final evaluation. 14 companies or brands were evaluated by customers in the motorcycle manufacturer category. Nine were included in the individual evaluation, based on a corresponding number of respondents.
