Harley-Davidson is „Germany's customer favorite“

(Neu-Isenburg, March 20, 2019) Business psychologists agree that brands provide customers with orientation in a world that is perceived as complex.
But which of them are the most popular and which best meet the wishes and demands of customers? Answers to these questions were sought in a comprehensive consumer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) on behalf of the news channel n-tv. The study covered more than 1,100 brands and companies from 53 industries. The three best brands in each category were awarded the „Germany's Customer Winner“ award.
In the motorcycle manufacturer category, Harley-Davidson secured this title together with one brand from Germany and one from Japan.

Between October 2018 and January 2019, DISQ surveyed over 63,000 women and men about their overall satisfaction with companies and brands, as well as their intention to vote again and their willingness to recommend them to others. The final evaluation included all companies and brands that had received feedback from at least 80 customers. Fourteen companies and brands were rated by customers in the motorcycle manufacturer category. Nine were included in the individual evaluation, based on a corresponding number of respondents.
