Harley-Davidson now offers a four-year guarantee in Germany

Harley-Davidson prides itself on being trusted, not least thanks to its nearly 115 years of motorcycle manufacturing experience. And in the future, the level of trust among potential customers is likely to grow even further, because the company is now increasing the two-year guarantee that previously applied to all new vehicles in Germany to a full four years.
If defects occur in a machine within this period, the company undertakes to restore the functionality of the motorcycle free of charge - regardless of the mileage and regardless of whether the defect already existed at the time of sale or not. Harley-Davidson is handling the two additional years in cooperation with CG Car-Garantie Versicherungs-AG, one of the most experienced warranty providers in Europe with 47 years of market experience.
“It’s just good to know that if something goes wrong, you can rely one hundred percent on the manufacturer and product,” explains Bernd Köhler, Country Operations Manager Harley-Davidson Financial Services. “And because we are convinced of the quality and reliability of our motorcycles, the decision to offer two additional years of guarantee was easy for us.” Frank Klumpp, Marketing Director Harley-Davidson Germany, Austria and Switzerland, adds: “Both of them take care of the purchase of the vehicle additional years to ensure that our customers feel even safer. Together with our trading partners, we want to continue to prove ourselves worthy of this trust placed in us in the future.”
