Since then, almost four decades have passed, and the safety and comfort of motorcycle protective clothing have made progress that no one dared to dream of in the seventies. But let's be honest: Who wants to put on full armor in the shade when it's 35 degrees if they just want to quickly go around the corner?
Good news for everyone who still wants to be on the safe side: From now on, jeans are enough to protect their legs - even on longer trips - because Harley-Davidson is bringing Performance Riding Jeans onto the market. They are made of high-quality cotton and a new, particularly light, high-tech fabric called Roomoto, which ensures abrasion resistance that far exceeds common standards. The material mix is also breathable and antibacterial.
Harley-Davidson offers the extra-safe five-pocket jeans for men and women in three versions.
