Harley-Davidson celebrates its 110th birthday in Rome

The US manufacturer is thanking all its fans with a four-day party from June 13 to 16, 2013

From June 13 to 16, 2013, the Harley-Davidson Motor Company will be celebrating the 110th anniversary of Harley-Davidson for four days as part of the company's worldwide anniversary festivities in Rome.

Thousands Harley-Davidson Fans from all over the world will take part in the biggest event the company has ever organized in Europe in the Eternal City.

Visitors can look forward to an extremely varied program in and around Rome be pleased.

Harley-Davidson offers all fans, among other things, a Custom bike show on the impressive Foro Italico and a parade from the Harbor from Ostia to the center of Rome, the unique experience of celebrating the unmistakable spirit of the brand together.

The center of the event is the Harley Village in the port of Ostia.

Visitors can expect the best live music and entertainment there, Demorides, guided tours, the ‚Jumpstart‘ riding simulator, Harley-Davidson exhibitions, a dealer mile and much more. Dozens of bands including Adam Ant, Bonnie Tyler and Mike and the Mechanics will rock the two stages on the beach.

For all those who like to be centrally Rome want to celebrate, the Foro Italico Village at the Olympic Stadium. The party will also take place there with live music and exhibitions by some of the world's best customizers as well as numerous Harley-Davidson custom bikes.

The event will culminate on June 16 with hundreds of Harley-Davidson riders and their bikes take part in the blessing by Pope Francis in St. Peter's Square.

- Blessing of motorcycles - Hundreds of bikers take part in the blessing by Pope Francis in St. Peter's Square
- Live music on the main stage in the Harley Village in the port of Ostia
