In the night to Monday, August 4, 2025, a Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special stolen from a garage in Langenfeld. The police are investigating and are asking for information.
According to current findings, this is what happened:
Am Sonntagabend parkte ein 39-jähriger Langenfelder gegen 20 Uhr sein Motorrad in einer Garage an der Solinger Straße. Am Montagmorgen stellte er gegen 7:30 Uhr den theft of the ten-year-old bike with a Mettmann license plate (ME) and alerted the police. The value of the motorcycle is estimated at 40,000 euros.
The emergency services conducted search and investigation measures in the immediate vicinity of the crime scene, which have so far been unsuccessful. An investigation has been launched and the machine has been placed on an international wanted list.
