Harley-Davidson expands Board of Directors with two new independent members

Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) appointed two new independent members to its Board of Directors in mid-September: Daniel Nova and Matt Reintjes. The appointments came into effect on September 15, 2025.

Daniel Nova is General Partner at Highland Capital Partners, an international venture capital company. Matt Reintjes has been at the helm of the company as President and CEO since 2015. YETI Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: YETI).
According to Troy Alstead, the current Chairman of the Harley-Davidson Board of Directors, both candidates in the selection process impressed with their broad experience in the areas of strategy, brand management, product development, operations, supply chain management and finance.
These skills will be a valuable support for the company and the new CEO Artie Starrs, who took up office later in the year. Daniel Nova brings with him many years of experience in supporting high-growth companies and extensive expertise in corporate management and capital allocation.

As an experienced CEO of a listed company, Matt Reintjes stands for successful brand management, product innovation and international growth. Following his appointment, Nova said he was honored to be part of the Harley-Davidson Board of Directors and looked forward to contributing to the further development of the long-established brand.
Reintjes also emphasized that Harley-Davidson has stood for freedom and the spirit of adventure since 1903 - and he sees his new task as continuing this cultural heritage and creating further added value for shareholders and customers.
In the course of the changes Sara Levinson and Norman Thomas Linebarger announced their resignation from the Management Board at the beginning of September. Alstead thanked both of them for their many years of dedicated work and their important role in challenging phases for the company.
With the appointment of Nova and Reintjes, Harley-Davidson has increased its total number of four new independent members in the nine-member Executive Board included. In addition, Troy Alstead took over the role of Managing Director as early as July 30, 2025 and was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board with effect from October 1, 2025 appointed.
