Harley riders collect donations for children's laughter
In December of last year, the Harley riders of the Alemannen Chapter Germany on the road again for a good cause. They rode through Weil am Rhein and Lörrach on festively decorated motorcycles to collect donations and bring joy to children. At the Christmas market in Lörrach, they handed out small parcels of sweets to the little ones and collected money for the association „Chinderlache“ from the region.
The donations benefited two projects: the hospital clown „Pat“ brings a smile to the faces of children in hospital and provides some lightness in difficult times. In addition, beds were financed for children who previously did not have their own.
The Harley riders collected additional support at their Christmas party - with a raffle and a gift auction where surprise packages could be purchased. Many companies from the region also made generous contributions.
The campaign was a complete success: as in previous years, an impressive sum was raised, which was announced at the beginning of January. More than 10,000 euros were collected and will be handed over to the „Chinderlache“ association in February. Further information on the projects supported can be found at www.chinderlache.de.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed and donated. Together, we were able to give children in difficult situations a bit of joy and security.
