Lahn River Chapter Germany kicks off the season with Harley safety training
First driver safety training with Ralle on the premises of EDEKA Pfeiffer
With twelve Harleys through tight bends, braking zones and cones
The Lahn River Chapter Germany rang in the start of the season in a particularly meaningful way - with targeted Harley safety training under the professional guidance of riding instructor Ralle. The training took place on the premises of EDEKA Pfeiffer in Wölfersheim, which was made available to the chapter exclusively outside of opening hours.
Twelve chapter members, including a Lady of Harley, nutzten die Gelegenheit, um auf unterschiedlichen Harley-Davidson Modellen – von der Pan America bis zum großen Tourer – ihr Fahrverhalten zu verbessern. Trainiert wurde unter realitätsnahen Bedingungen: Vollbremsungen bei 60 km/h, gezieltes Ausweichen, präzises Kurvenverhalten und das sichere Handling beim Pylonenfahren standen auf dem Programm.
Exercises like those seen in numerous training videos - but live, with feedback and real weight on the bike. It was the first chapter training of this kind in the DACH region for driving trainer Ralle - and a complete success according to the participants: „By far the best training we've had so far“, was from the Lahn River Chapter Germany.
Further training sessions are already being planned - depending on the instructor's availability and tight schedule. One thing is clear: such a practical start to the season offers more than just fun - it brings security, confidence and strengthens cohesion in the chapter.
