POL-OF: Harley stolen from underground parking garage and headlights stolen from Porsche
Offenbach (ots)
(lei) Motorcycle thieves stole a black Harley-Davidson from an underground parking garage in Buchrainweg (130 house numbers) between Saturday, 5 pm and Thursday, 10 am. The bike, worth over 30,000 euros, has now disappeared and the police are not only looking for the bike, but also for witnesses to the incident.
The strangers had apparently broken the steering wheel lock on the bike with OF license plates before they made off with it. It is also still unclear how they got into the garage. It was only on Sunday evening that a Harley went missing from the Pfingstweide parking lot on the A45 freeway (we reported). Although there are currently no indications of a connection with this crime, there could possibly be a link to a theft that took place in the immediate vicinity.
At Buchrainstraße 141, both headlights of a blue Porsche Cayenne parked on the street were removed and stolen. This crime was also reported on Thursday morning, although the time of the crime is still unknown.
Information on the two thefts can be obtained from the CID by calling 069 8098-1234.
