The HOG Carinthia Chapter Tours 2022
The HOG Carinthia Chapter has developed three great tours, they do it for you and the region. You have to register for the respective tour using the form because there are of course limits. It's incredibly fun to be on the road together in a large group with Harley-Davidson bikers.
As in previous years, the HOG Carinthia Chapter is launching three great tours through beautiful Carinthia. The Harley tours are calculated to take around 3 hours of pure driving time and all three will be around 180 kilometers long.
It couldn't be better than being guided through the beautiful landscape by local biker friends.
These are the official tours of the European Bike Week, which are carried out in cooperation with the Harley-Davidson dealer Motodrom from Klagenfurt.
The tours start on all three days at the Harley Village gas station.
TOUR 1 – Country Sense Tour

A tour through the beautiful landscapes of Carinthia.
A tour through the beautiful landscapes of Carinthia. Starting from Lake Faak, we drive via Villach, past Fresach with its famous honorary citizen, Olympic champion and world champion Franz Klemm, to Lake Millstätter See. Surrounded by the Nockberge mountains, the journey continues via Radenthein to Bad Kleinkirchheim.
Unfortunately we don't have time for an extended hike in the heart of the Nockberge. Through the upper Gurktal it goes via Gnesau and Himmelberg to Feldkirchen. We are not going to Klagenfurt yet, but are staying in the rural areas. Via Karnburg with the oldest church in Carinthia, the route continues via the pilgrimage site of Maria Saal with the famous St. Mary's Church to Mittertrixen and on to Völkermarkt. Through the Jauntal, past Lake Klopeiner, the path takes us over the Radsberg back to the Motodrom Harley-Davidson®.

TOUR 2 – DAMN WELL TOUR

A demanding and demanding tour across the Austrian border to Slovenia.
I know you can do it!
A demanding and demanding tour across the Austrian border to Slovenia. A narrow and winding road takes us over the Wurzen Pass to Kranjska Gora. A little more leisurely, the path leads to one of the most beautiful lakes in Slovenia, Lake Bled near the health resort of Bled. Unfortunately, there will be no time to enjoy an original Bled cream cake as we continue on challenging roads to the southernmost point of our tour, Škofja Loka. We head back towards Austria via Kranje and Tržič. Another challenge lies ahead:
the Loiblpass. The Alpine pass over the Karawanken takes you back to Austria. After passing the Tscheppa Gorge and crossing the Drau, we reach the destination Motodrom Harley-Davidson® after about 5.5 hours.

TOUR 3 – ADVANTAGE CARINTHIA TOUR

A pleasant and relaxing tour through the Lower and Central Carinthia regions.
A pleasant and relaxing tour through the regions of Lower and Central Carinthia. Over around 180 km you will experience the beauties and advantages of biking in Carinthia. Starting from Lake Faak, the route leads via Rosegg, Velden and Ludmannsdorf along the Drau through the sunny Rosental.
We ride our bikes to Völkermarkt through the gunsmith town of Ferlach, past the Wildenstein waterfall, one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. We continue to Diex via a well-developed road. Diex has the reputation of being the sunniest municipality in Austria
1159 m above sea level with an average of 2300 hours of sunshine. We continue biking via Brückl to the historic town of St. Veit an der Glan, which was the capital of Carinthia until 1518. The last section of our exit leads via Liebenfels back to Lake Wörthersee with the destination Motodrom Harley-Davidson®.
