Even more Harley for Munich
The „House of Flames - Harley-Davidson Munich East“ celebrates its relocation on March 18 and 19
(Munich, 28.01.2016) Wonderful curves in pristine nature right on the doorstep, and the majestic Alps with their fascinating passes just a stone's throw away - it's no wonder that Munich has always enjoyed great popularity among motorcycle fans. For fans of American bikes, the Bavarian capital is set to become even more attractive in 2016, as the „House of Flames“, the Harley-Davidson authorized dealer for the greater Munich area, is relocating one of its three branches. Was „Harley-Davidson Munich East“ already anything but small, the new base can only be described as huge. At Zamdorfer Straße 20 in 81677 Munich, a Harley-Davidson store has been created that is likely to be one of the largest and most impressive on our continent: More than 1100 m2 of sales space, packed with everything that fans of the US brand appreciate. And so that they don't have to get used to it, the new company building is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of the old one; even the telephone number remains the same.
The move must of course be celebrated - with a fitting inauguration party on March 18 and 19. A big Harley party will be held on both days from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the „House of Flames“ and all those who enjoy
American motorcycles and a good mood are cordially invited to join us. Managing Director Walter Maygatt and his team have come up with plenty of ideas to ensure that no aspect of the colorful spectrum of topics relating to US bikes is left out. Just in time for the opening of the „Harley on Tour“ truck The showroom is packed with test bikes that are available for free, no-obligation test rides. In the showroom, guests can look forward to a variety of new and used bikes as well as lots of Harley fashion and accessories.
Custom saddlers and painters as well as suppliers of exhaust systems will also be presenting their products. Several live bands guarantee the best entertainment, and of course food and drink will be provided, as the new Harley dealership has its own stylish café. Classic car fan Maygatt is particularly pleased that his new business premises offer enough space for his collection of historic Harley models, which can also be viewed in Zamdorfer Straße from March 18 and 19.
The Munich workshop team is also delighted to have even more space, as they now have bright, state-of-the-art premises in which to carry out maintenance and service work as well as restorations and individual conversions according to customer requirements. The service offered by the Munich Harley dealership also includes affordable courses for those returning to the motorcycle hobby and a comprehensive range of rental bikes: more than 70 new Harleys will be available to rent for short everyday escapes or long vacation trips.
So if you want to get to know the world of American motorcycles and the new Munich „XXL“ store, you should mark March 18 and 19 in your calendar and write „Zamdorfer Straße 20“ behind it.
