Investor group acquires Custom Chrome Europe

Thanks to the successful brokerage of a sale by the M&A experts at the SME consultancy enomyc, the wholesaler Custom Chrome Europe has a future again. Two investors led by Austrian company RWT AG, which is already active in the Harley-Davidson after-sales market, will continue to run Custom Chrome. The company, one of Europe's leading wholesalers, had filed for insolvency proceedings under its own administration due to economic difficulties. Custom Chrome Europe (CCE) sells high-quality accessories and spare parts for Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycles, among other things.

Project manager Dr. Tim Bauer from enomyc says: „I am particularly pleased that we were able to find a team of Harley-enthusiast investors who will continue to run the company with a large part of the existing team.“ 

In April 2025, the competent local court in Bingen am Rhein ordered provisional self-administration for Custom Chrome Europe. Attorney Hans-Wilhelm Goetsch (BGP Insolvency Administrator) from Wiesbaden was appointed as provisional administrator. Together with the self-administration, supported by Dr. Johannes Hancke (HEZEL HANCKE PARTNER Rechtsanwälte), he commissioned the M&A experts at enomyc in May 2025 to search for an investor.
