In the course of this transition, KessTech's operational activities have been temporarily suspended. Orders and deliveries are expected to resume shortly. No specific date has been announced yet, but further information is expected this week.

According to initial information, KessTech will not disappear from the market, but will undergo structural reorganization. For dealers and customers, this currently means above all patience. The now known holding solution indicates that the focus is deliberately on stability and continuity rather than a clean break. Most of the staff are to be retained, which can also be seen as a sign that the brand will continue to exist.
