THE “KING OF KINGS” WINNER IS FROM MEXICO

• 18 Harley-Davidson dealers from 12 different countries participated in the final chapter of the world's largest dealer custom build-off
• The winners of the previous national Battle of the Kings competed with all their customizing skills for the coveted title of “KING OF KINGS “
• 50,000 votes from all over the world crown Harley-Davidson Queretaro, Mexico, as the winner

After many epic Battle of the Kings competitions around the globe, Harley-Davidson pitted 18 winners from previous rounds against each other with an unlimited budget. The Sportster was the basis for this custom bike competition. This year, 18 previous winners came together to be crowned “King of Kings.”

THE WINNER IS: OSCAR PERALTA AND HARLEY-DAVIDSON QUERETARO FROM MEXICO

The crown goes to Oscar Peralta and Harley-Davidson Querétaro, Mexico , with his breathtaking “Apex Predator” . The inspiration came from the desire to develop the vision of the ultimate Sportster XR1200 and use this model as a donor for the 2020 competition. Agustin Anguino, Luis Fernando Perea, Rodrigo Perez, Eduardo Trejo and Yeyo complete the Querétaro team .

The team began designing the Apex Predator with the mantra: “Born to attack without challenge. Born to live without rivals”. Focus the team on creating an aggressive, fresh look for the King of Kings competition. The bike clearly showcases the Querétaro dealer's technical prowess with a stunning hand-crafted 2-1-2 exhaust under the seat, combined with a ventilated hand-crafted rear unit that houses the unique upswept exhaust. Creating a flowing line from the wavy brake discs and the upside-down fork at the front.

The clean, uncluttered front end uses the LED Daymaker™ headlight a Harley-Davidson® Breakout®. The lines and design of the wheels are not interrupted. The custom bike features custom handgrips and foot switches, paired with the handcrafted Alcantara seat unit. The additional tailor-made double air inlets complement the strong appearance of the bike. The extraordinary Sterling Green paint, which is partially enhanced by powder coating, gives the custom bike a very high-quality feel.

SECOND PLACE – HARLEY-DAVIDSON ATHENS – GRYPS

Grand Final runner-up was Harley-Davidson Athens, Greece , with their roadster submission Gryps .

THUNDERBIKE RECEIVES HD STYLING TEAM PICK AWARD

Receiving a special honor was Harley-Davidson Thunderbike received the HD Styling Team Pick from Brad Richards , VP of Styling and Design at Harley -Davidson Motor Company
