King of the Baggers race in Laguna Seca is in full swing
It's a bit unusual because motorcycle racing is less commonly associated with Harley-Davidson , but that's not true. The legendary flat-track races are just one example of a Harley-Davidson racing history with tradition and the KING OF BAGGERS from MotoAmerica is now getting really sporty.
[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOFDCnA7zb8[/embedyt]King of Baggers is a separate racing class in different groups, here the excavators drive with side cases and the standard fairing. The suitcases are not pulled down low like in the classic excavator, because this is technically possible. In this class, an enormous inclination is required and every free centimeter is used.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
GEICO RACE BIKE BY OCC
One of the main sponsors of the racing series is GEICO from the USA, the company had a monster bike built at OCC in 2018, the supercharged bike was only built for straight running. The Americans are always good for crazy racing and we can expect it to be even more spectacular in 2021.
The start has been very successful so far, let's hope that life returns to normal next year, the race would certainly be worth the trip.
