Konstanz - Driver hits a motorcycle and sustains minor injuries - 90,000 euros in sheet metal damage
Early on Thursday evening, a driver crashed into a parked motorcycle , injuring himself and causing damage to the body worth around 90,000 euros. A 25-year-old driver of a Mercedes S-Class crashed into a parked Harley-Davidson after presumably mistaking the accelerator pedal for the brake pedal.
Due to the force of the impact, the young man was slightly injured and the masonry of the building was also damaged. When the accident was recorded, the officers discovered that the 25-year-old did not have a driver's license. An ambulance took the injured man to a clinic for medical treatment. The police estimate the material damage to the S-Class to be around 20,000 euros, to the Harley at around 50,000 euros and to the building at an estimated 20,000 euros.
