The low Rider ST 117 High Output is a model that stands out from the crowd and sets new standards in the cruiser segment. Harley-Davidson has managed to combine the classic line of the low rider with modern technology and more power. The new Milwaukee -Eight 117 High Output Motor not only performs more, but also gives the bike a sportier note that lifts it off from other cruiser models (Softail) series.
What particularly distinguishes the low rider St is its independent design, which was reminiscent of the iconic FXRT cladding and was also aerodynamically optimized. According to Harley-Davidson, the higher cladding discs reduce turbulence, which could significantly increase comfort on longer journeys. Harley-Davidson has done a great job here to reconcile function and optics.
Another highlight is the popular heavy Breather air filter , which not only optically sets a statement, but also maximizes the power of the engine. In addition, there is a two-in-one exhaust system , which hopefully will ensure a robust sound, we have to wait and see. The 2025 model has been transplanted an extended central strut that increases the freedom of inclination and is supposed to make driving behavior even more sporty.
The low rider ST 117 is available in several impressive colors, including Midnight Firestorm , a color that is a real eye -catcher, especially in Black Finish. These paints underline the sporty, modern line of the bike and make it a highlight for everyone who value performance and style.
With this model, Harley-Davidson shows that the Softail series continues to have innovation potential. The low rider ST is not only a motorcycle for everyday life, but also a bike that inspires on country roads or longer tours. A cruiser who convinces with strength, style and well thought -out details and not without reason, has a large fan base.
Color selection
The low Rider ST is offered in several appealing color variants, including:
The Low Rider ST is equipped with the new Milwaukee-Eight® 117 High Output (HO) engine, which offers an improved output in the middle and upper speed range. With an increased maximum speed of 5,900 rpm, it enables longer acceleration and delivers an impressive performance of 85 kW (116 hp) at 5.020 rpm and a torque of 173 Nm at 4,000 rpm.
The frame-resistant cladding of the low-rider ST is inspired by the classic FXRT models and was developed for optimal aerodynamics using numerical flow mechanics (CFD). The new, clear cladding disc is higher than in other models and reduces the turbulence on the helmet by up to 60 percent, which significantly increases driving comfort.
An extended central strut lifts the rear and offers additional freedom of inclination for sporting cornering. The front wheel suspension consists of a 43 mm upside-down fork with aluminum fork bridges and a single rate spring that ensures precise handling.
The low-rider ST has a new four-inch display that is positioned below the speedometer in the analog design and shows important information such as the current driving mode, the pickled gear and tire pressure messages. The new hand control elements enable the selection between three available driving modes and contain a newly positioned swivel switch and an adjustable brake lever. There is also a USB-C connection to charge devices while driving.
More characteristics
• Heavy Breather Admission : The upward entrance maximizes the air flow and improves the efficiency of the cylinder filling, which leads to a higher maximum torque.
• Two-in-one exhaust system : The redesigned exhaust system ensures symmetrical saddlebags, additional storage space and a timeless look.
• LED lighting : a 146 mm LED headlight, a newly designed rear light and LED indicators improve visibility and safety on the street.

The low rider ST 117 would definitely be my favorite if my heart would not belong CVO Road Glide I particularly like that Harley-Davidson clearly lifts the low-rider ST with the high output motor from the other cruisers. That gives her exactly that certain extra she needs.
For me, the heavy Breather air filter - optically just great and with my size of 1.83 it is not in the way.
The compact, yet sporty appearance makes them perfect for curvy country roads, where it certainly plays its strengths fully.
If I had to choose a color, it would be Midnight Firestorm in Black Finish . This look perfectly underlines the sporty line of the low rider St.
