Mallorca and the wild 13

The 13th Mallorca Bike Week took place from November 4 to 10, 2018

- 475 guests with 385 bikes at the fully booked Robinson Club Cala Serena
- Guided tours, party time and live acts characterized the relaxed event

(Neu-Isenburg, 15.11.2018) Seven warm days, six cool nights, 475 relaxed guests, 385 hot stoves and bright sunshine almost every day - that's how the 13th Mallorca Bike Week, which took place on Germany's favorite island from 4 to 10 November, ended, while autumn arrived at home.

Organizer SKS-Reisen had once again gone to great lengths to offer guests a relaxing and intensive end to the season for the 13th time.

The party base camp was once again the fully booked Robinson Club Cala Serena in the southeast of the Balearic Island, which awaited its guests on an area of 120,000 m2 with finca architecture in a well-tended garden right by the sea and spoiled them with full board at 4-star level. Twelve SKS trucks had brought the guests' planes here before their planes had even landed. Palma and 30 SKS employees were on site to ensure that no guest wish remained unfulfilled.

Of course, motorcycling was the focus of the event. Where, if not on Mallorca, is that still really fun in November? The extensive program therefore included a number of guided tours - including to Sa Calobra, Andratx and Cap Formentor - a ride especially for „first-timers“, a big rally to the San Salvador monastery followed by a barbecue and a ladies’ tour, for which 30 enthusiastic female bikers jumped into the saddle.

Those who wanted to be more active could let off steam with soccer, volleyball, padel or cycling, while progressive muscle relaxation, yoga and massages were the order of the day. The evenings were heralded by the sumptuous buffets in Monty's Diner, which always had a special theme. Alternatively, guests could enjoy tapas and fine Spanish wines in the specialty restaurant La Tasca.

Because music is an essential part of the Mallorca Bike Week the bands Rockomotion, Nervlings and Rumba Kings provided hot live rhythms in the evening. The large entertainment program also featured a Spanish night including a cigar lounge, the Cube gala show and a big Eighties party.

The days of an eventful and relaxed week flew by in a flash and while the guests were still waiting at the gate of Palma Airport for their flight home, the trucks with their motorcycles already on the way to Germany again.
