Mallorca and the wild 13
The 13th Mallorca Bike Week took place from November 4th to 10th, 2018
• 475 guests with 385 bikes in the fully booked Robinson Club Cala Serena
• Guided trips, party time and live acts determined the relaxed event
(Neu-Isenburg, November 15th, 2018) Seven warm days, six cool nights, 475 relaxed guests, 385 hot ovens and bright sunshine almost every day - that is the balance of the 13th Mallorca Bike Week, which takes place from the 4th to the 10th November took place on the Germans' favorite island, while autumn was setting in at home.
Organizer SKS-Reisen once again worked hard to offer guests a relaxing and intensive end to the season for the 13th time.
Robinson Club Cala Serena in the southeast of the Balearic Island was once again fully booked, acted as a party base camp and awaited its guests on 120,000 m2 of space with finca architecture in a well-tended garden right by the sea and pampered them with full board at 4-star level. Twelve SKS trucks brought the guests' planes here before their planes landed in Palma , and 30 SKS employees on site made sure that no guests' wish remained unfulfilled.
Of course, motorcycling was the focus of the event. Where, if not on Mallorca , is it guaranteed to be really fun in November? The extensive program therefore included a number of guided tours - including to Sa Calobra, Andratx and Cap Formentor -, an excursion especially for "first-time offenders", a large rally to the monastery of San Salvador followed by a barbecue and a ladies' tour, which took place on the 30th enthusiastic bikers swung into the saddle.
Those who also wanted to do sports could let off steam with football, volleyball, padel or cycling, while pure relaxation was the order of the day with progressive muscle relaxation, yoga and massages. The evenings were heralded by the rich buffets in Monty's Diner, which always had a special theme. Alternatively, you could enjoy tapas and fine Spanish wines in the specialty restaurant La Tasca.
Because music is an essential part of Mallorca Bike Week , the bands Rockomotion, Nervlings and Rumba Kings provided hot evening live rhythms. The big entertainment program also included a Spanish night including a cigar lounge, the Cube gala show and a big eighties party.
So the days of an eventful and casual week flew by in a flash and while the guests were waiting at the gate of Palma airport for their flight home, the trucks and their motorcycles already on their way to Germany.
