The shareholders of MEC GmbH and Poivre Noir SA announced today that they have entered into an agreement to form a business partnership. MEC is now a distribution partner of the mapping specialists at Poivre Noir SA, with the aim of establishing their mapping technology outside its existing market on a global scale. This adds another iconic product to the MEC GmbH portfolio.
The newly acquired PN-Performance brand is a perfect addition to the product range of the international company MEC, enabling it to further develop in terms of diversification, economic growth, and sales growth.
