POL-WES: Moers - Motorcyclist crashes into speed camera Police looking for witnesses

Moers (ots) - At around 3.40 p.m. on Tuesday, a 20-year-old man from Moers was riding a motorcycle on Rheinberger Straße in the direction of Verbandstraße.

According to his own statements, he wanted to avoid a puddle at about the level of house 269, lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. The vehicle crashed into a speed camera set up there. The young man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for outpatient treatment.

Both the motorcycle and the speed camera were slightly damaged.

The traffic commissioner's office is looking for witnesses who observed the accident. They are asked to call 02841 / 171-0.
