Theft was unsuccessful

An attempted theft occurred on Saturday night between 11 p.m. and 1:35 a.m. in a parking lot on “An der Ringmauer” street. In addition to the motorcycle thefts, there was also a theft on Rheinstrasse on Saturday night. At around 3:20 a.m., a security guard caught a young man stealing various items of clothing from a motorcycle dealer's stall.

The man who was caught then pushed the security guard aside and fled without loot over a wall towards Oberstrasse. Additional stolen goods were found in the area of the escape route, which had obviously already been prepared there for removal.

The dark-clothed thief was said to be around 20 years old, around 1.80 meters tall, athletic and had a narrow face and short, dark hair. In addition, he is said to have spoken with a Dutch dialect.
