New Harley-Davidson teaser for the CVO Road Glide ST 2024
Shortly before the Harley-Davidson online presentation, which will be shown on YouTube on January 24, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., Harley-Davidson is releasing a teaser with the CVO Road Glide ST!
A new CVO Road Glide ST Sport Tourer is coming!
There are only a few details so far, we can't see everything yet, but do we want to? A little excitement and room for speculative discussions about what is really coming is still welcome. They also reveal the secret about the special models.
CVO Road Glide ST
The CVO Road Glide ST is a blast. So the mystery surrounding the ST models is solved a little, according to the information available to us, the previous ST models are classified as Special Touring models, at least that's what we can deduce from the current color chart.
It will be interesting to see whether there are any other sporty features on the ST models that could set the CVO ST apart from the special models. A different suspension could be on the cards, for example the Screamin Eagle version of the Öhlins suspension was used at the Bagger Party Race in Germany.

A sports tourer that stands out?
Now Harley-Davidson is putting a real sport tourer on the road with the CVO Road Glide ST. It will be very interesting to see how Harley-Davidson will technically implement the ST so that it is really sporty and manages to stand out from the CVO Road Glide. It will certainly take a bit more than just making it a single-seater, let's wait and see.
Pricing and speculation about the CVO Road Glide ST
It will also be exciting to see where the model will settle in terms of price. It looks like only a CVO Road Glide ST is currently planned, which will come in two different colors. There is no mention of a CVO Street Glide ST. We are still in the dark about the engine, but I would like to assume that Harley-Davidson will also use the new powerful 121 VVT Milwaukee-Eight engine for the CVO ST. Anything else would cause more costs if they were to rely on yet another engine version, which is rather out of the question.

The new Harley-Davidson Special models
Now we come to two models that appeal to a much larger target group. As expected, Harley-Davidson will be adopting the design and other technical changes from the CVO models for the two Grand American Tourers, ushering in a new era. They have already announced this in the video teaser for the presentation and have already given a small insight into the new color palette.
The information about the engine or the chassis is pure speculation. I would not assume that we will see any major changes to the current models, at least that is what we would hope.

What will become of the Road King Special?
The ‚Special‘ models usually include the Road King, which is hardly ever talked about. Although Harley-Davidson mentions ‚...and more‘ in the teaser, it is unlikely that they are referring to the Road King. I touched on this in a previous report and even think it's possible that if we don't see any changes to the Road King Special, this could be its last year on the market. It seems like it's part of Harley-Davidson's strategy to be more profitable in the market with a smaller but more focused product lineup.
CVO Pan America 2024
To my surprise, there is a lot of color on the new CVO Pan America. The 2024 CVO Pan America will come in a black and red design. And as we can see from the shadows in the teaser film, it will come with panniers and everything Harley-Davidson has in the program for the Pan America.

The expected price is also interesting: with a complete setup, it could well scratch the 30,000 euro mark. It has been known for some time that a CVO Pan America is coming, but we won't find out the real details until January 24 at 5:00 pm.
In the DACH region, a very small range of this certainly limited model is expected.
