Summer at last. Finally sunshine. Finally time to give the bike a run. It's been ready for a long time. But what about the jacket? If it's seen better days, it's time to gradually replace it - after all, modern Motorcycle clothing almost everything better.
If you also want style and safety in a league of their own, the latest leather motorcycle jackets from Harley-Davidson are the perfect choice, as they meet all the requirements of EU Regulation 2016/425 for personal protective equipment in the motorcycle clothing sector. The new CE test mark confirms that the jackets have undergone extensive testing and are top in terms of their ergonomic design, the abrasion and tear resistance of their upper material and seams, and the attachment of protectors in areas at risk of falling.
The CE label is now also carried by the Victory Lane Leather Jacket (order no. 98027-18EM, RRP: €639) and the Torque Leather Jacket (order no. 98026-18EM, RRP: €659) for him and the Miss Enthusiast Leather Jacket (order no. 98030-18EW, RRP: € 609) for her. All three jackets feature removable protectors on the elbows and shoulders as well as a pocket for the separately available back protector. Pre-shaped sleeves and stretch pleats in the back as well as the „Classic Fit“ cut ensure a loose fit and a comfortable fit. Two-way front zippers, zippered hand warmer pockets and zippered cuffs provide extra comfort.
The Victory Lane Leather Jacket is made from heavy, abrasion-resistant cowhide with a poly twill lining. Its leather has been artificially aged to create a cool vintage look, which is emphasized by leather patches. The latter, together with embroidered applications, also adorn the Torque Leather Jacket and the Miss Enthusiast Leather Jacket, which are made from medium-weight, abrasion-resistant cowhide and poly mesh lining.
The wearing of CE-approved protective clothing is not yet mandatory in this country, but legal experts recommend finding out about the local regulations before traveling abroad in order to be protected from unpleasant surprises in the form of fines.
