Orange County Choppers Spartan Bike now on DMAX

The 11th American Chopper season started DMAX in July Paul Teutul Sr. is working on this project with Evan Favaro and the newly added bike builder Joshua Allison from Colorado - USA.

Josh is one of the best US bike builders

Josh will be working as a bike builder for Paul Sr. throughout Season 11. He successfully ran his own workshop in Colorado for years under the name Cry Baby Cycles.

He has already won many shows in the USA with his bikes. Bike of the Year 2018 in Cycle Source magazine.

This year he moved his family to Newburgh, north of New York, and set up camp in Colorado. He loves the old school style, which puts him in line with Paul Sr.

In the Spartan Bike he has already put his suggestions and ideas to work in a team with Jason, Phil and Evan. His craftsmanship is very good, and he can also work very quickly and cleanly, so he fits 100% into the Orange County Choppers .

Spartan Race runs over 170 races worldwide and was founded by Joe de Sena . The routes have different obstacles and different distances that demand everything from their participants.

Barbed wire, obstacle walls, mud, rope courses, fire, mountains and hills, or even large stones in the way. It's adventurous for non-athletes. But even Paul climbed over such a wall.

The race also offers many opportunities for the physically disadvantaged.

Especially in the USA, there are many army veterans, some of whom are not physically intact. It's fun to see how even wheelchair users are pulled through the mud by others, or when one-armed people can overcome the hurdles just like everyone else. The Spartan Race is truly a great way for sports enthusiasts of all stripes to find their limits.

The Spartan Bike

The specifications for the bike are, barbed wire, bell, spikes! All things that you wouldn't even be allowed to test drive on the road in Germany. The sitting position should be bent forward because the Spartan always fights forward!

This bike is one of the most spectacular projects for OCC. Many fine detailed solutions were implemented, especially Josh did a good job on his first order for Paul Sr. We'll see a lot more of him this season.
