Reuthers will exhibit its Harley-Davidson Authorized Tours here. It goes without saying that Hermann Reuther's event team, as a globally authorized Harley-Davidson tour operator, will be located directly opposite the official Harley-Davidson stand. But where does the close connection between Reuthers and Harley-Davidson come from?
“This started with a request from Harley-Davidson to help set up the 'Guided Tours Program',” says managing director Hermann Reuther.
But he much prefers to look to the future - and that is sometimes dominated by Harley-Davidson. He still has numerous motorcycle trips planned, which he of course designs and tests himself beforehand.
Anyone interested now has the chance to find out about the dream destinations at INTERMOT.
About INTERMOT
In 1964 the starting signal was given for the first international bicycle and motorcycle exhibition (IFMA) in Cologne. Right from the beginning there was an attractive supporting program for visitors to the trade fair in Cologne. The fair established itself as a premiere show. The innovations in the vehicle and accessories sector were presented here. As early as 1976, 200,000 visitors were counted. The fair was known as the “meeting place of the bosses” – this was where business was done.
INTERMOT opened its doors for the first time in 1998 - but in Munich. The move to the Bavarian capital was short-lived. INTERMOT has been taking place in its current form in Cologne since 2006 - and deals with all topics relating to two-wheelers. E-bikes were added in 2008. Since then, the trade fair has offered an extensive program every two years, offering everything from shows to book signings.
