REVIEW - SPRING MEETING AUGUSTFEHN 2024

The Spring meeting in Augustfehn not only set new standards for motorcycle enthusiasts, but also attracted the famous East Frisian „De Schwatte Ostfrees Jung“ Keno Veith on his Fat Boy (Bob). He became famous through his viral tractor video and speaks Low German, which further increased his popularity.

On Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. on RTL2 in „Battle of the reality stars“ to be seen. His participation promises exciting and very funny entertainment in equal measure. Because without his well-known laugh, nothing will work there. This special guest will give the spring meeting in Augustfehn and shows that the event attracts attention in the motorcycle world far beyond the borders of the Ammerland.

Best spring weather for the spring meeting

The spring meeting in Augustfehn has in the best weather has set new standards that make the hearts of motorcycle enthusiasts beat faster. In a familiar atmosphere that even the relevant Motorcycle shows the major motorcycle manufacturers presented themselves at close quarters.

Particularly impressive was the line-up of Harley-Davidson, who were on site with their impressive US test drive truck. But that was not all - visitors had the unique opportunity to ask personal questions directly to the exhibitors and thus receive sound advice for their decisions.

Sound enthusiasts got their money's worth at companies such as KessTech, Jekill & Hyde and Cardo, although the latter was more responsible for communication. SW-Motech and the two Börjes stores also opened their doors, as did the workshop and DynoJet Tuning Center.

The weather played along and provided ideal conditions - apart from a small rain shower early on Sunday morning, which gave way to sunshine in time for the start of the event. Saturday proved to be particularly lively, with the thoroughfare reserved exclusively for the two-wheeler crowd on both days.

As expected, the coffee and cake bar stand was particularly busy, but it paid to arrive on time. In summary, both days were a complete success, with thousands of bikers taking the opportunity to test ride - a chance rarely found at conventional motorcycle shows.

It is clear to see that the market is concentrating on certain events. Nowadays, it is no longer a matter of course that the top manufacturers from the motorcycle industry present themselves as magnificently as they did at the spring meeting in Augustfehn, where they presented their latest products accordingly.

All in all, the spring meeting in Augustfehn was an outstanding start to the 2024 season, accompanied by bright sunshine and an abundance of impressive motorcycles.
